This table runner will be made using the SDX Scan & Cut machine. You will be cutting out all the flower petals and leaves etc with the Scan & Cut and then assembling the tble top. Great opportunity to use scraps ooor some of your favorite fat quarters. The maximum size needed for a single flower is a fat quarter.

Scan N Cut Basics-Muskegon -J'Ann McEwen

This class is for those of you who have purchased the DDX model of the Scan N Cut machine and have not used it yet. In this session. we will be learning the basics of our machine and then tackle the basics of cutting fabric (for example, to be sued in applique designs for either clothing or quilting). My hope is to continue later with classes on permanent vinyl (porch signs etc.), heat transfer vinyl (for clothing), paper cutting (cards, etc.) and so on. Also hope to be ablet to work with the free Brother computer program called Canvas Workspace that came with your machine. (This quilt pieces in the picture were cut on the Scan N Cut)
