A virtual, hands-on class, hosted by Amelie Scott Designs. Join Christine Conner over Zoom, as she teaches her quilting technique and answers their questions. Attendees learn and gain confidence in the technique while quilting a whole cloth. Then, they cut it apart to make a set of 4 place mats.
Bring bright happy dragonflies into your home on a table runner using raw edge applique'. The background is simply pieced and provides a wonderful backdrop for your dragonflies. We will utilize Steam-a-Seam II Lite to applique? the dragonflies and grasses. This is a great project to use batik fabric, as batik or dyed fabric for this project will eliminate a visible white line edge if using printed fabric. We will focus on top construction only in class.
This is a loose-fitting jacket or vest. Use snaps or buttons for the front closure. Learn how to make a welt pocket and a one-piece flap. An accent color for the front and back panels can be chosen. The pattern is McCall's M7729. This is a make-up class.
